Our Classes
We offer baking classes for anyone who loves baked goods and wants to learn how to make them on their own. We’ll provide the ingredients and professional equipment, you just bring the elbow grease! Whether you’re looking for a fun night out with your friends, or a sweet activity for the kids, we have the perfect class for you! We do parties at your home. We will teach you how to make the batter and bake the cupcakes. We provide the buttercream and fun!Â
We have two different classes for cookies. Basic cookies and royal icing cookies.

Originally from Azusa CA. Elaine developed passion for food and pastries at a young age passed on thru her grandmother. It was here that she also learned the basic cooking and pastry skills that have been developed into the expertise and perfection that she now has in her career.
She studied and honed most of the skills she has while attending The Art Institute Inland Empire, there she graduated with an average GPA of 4.0. While attending school she was hired on at Disneyland Anaheim.
Starting as a prep cook she has worked the ranks and proven herself as a strong team leader, enabling her to move up to Dinner cook . She also loves to bake and has a skillset that is unmatched in capturing your imagination and dreams and transferring it to baked goods. So much so that she has opend up her own bakery.
Although Elaine is in demand in her career and her hobbies she never allows her time as a devoted mother diminish, somehow always finding time for her daughter Isabella. It’s through the love and support of her family that she is driven to achieve greater heights and goals in life and career. Elaine’s goal is to one day open a class room where she can teach and share her love of baking and decorating cakes with others who share the same passion.
